Before I met with Brandi I wasn't convinced I needed a wedding planner. I love to plan things and am very detail oriented. However, our ceremony and reception were at two places that aren't full service wedding venues and I had some concerns about how things would go. I decided to try to interview some planners for a day of coordinator. Brandi was the first and only planner I met with! She was so warm, honest and confident in our first meeting that we decided to hire her. She did day of coordination for us but was available for questions and we met two additional times throughout the year of planning. Hiring her was one of the best decisions I made during the planning stages. The days before the wedding and on the day of I don't think our day would have run so smoothly and perfectly without her. I worried about NOTHING! She was so on top of things. The example I use to everyone is that when my husband and I were greeting guests at tables during the reception one of my family members handed me a card. Within seconds Brandi was there to take it and put it on our card box! She must of had her eyes on us all night and anticipated our needs so well. I would not hesitate to recommend Brandi to anyone planning their wedding and would choose All Events Planned in the future if I found myself in need of an event planner. Thank you Brandi!

When I first got engaged we were living in columbus and planning a wedding near Cleveland. I realized we would definitely need help pulling it all together, and at a fair price too. Working with Brandi was one of the best decisions I made. She was always on top of everything and so organized. Our meetings were always something I looked forward to! She was always asking the right questions to make sure all of our bases were covered and theta everything was prepared and ready to go. She helped us find everything we needed when we weren't in the area. She was always available if we had a question or concern. She really is the best of the best!! I'd say my favorite thing about her is how nice and sweet she is, but at the same time she is very serious and is not afraid to do what it takes to make sure everything runs smoothly! If you are looking for wedding planning help from someone with great ideas, great vendors, great personality, great organization and great results, you have ABSOLUTELY found your girl!! We couldn't be happier without wedding and the way it all turned out! :)

My experience with All Events Planned and Brandi were nothing short of excellent. As the MOH of a very indecisive best friend and bride, we gifted Brandi's services to her for the wedding and it was worth every penny! It saved all parties involved a lot of stress and took a lot of pressure off the bride for the rehearsal and the day of the ceremony! I don't know how people get married without a wedding planner, honestly, and Brandi's matter of fact attitude, prompt responsiveness and constant truthfulness were all incredible. Would recommened a hundred times over!

Best decision ever! About 3 months before the wedding, I had a mini breakdown at work thinking about all the things that would need to be done the day of the wedding, with no idea how to make it all happen. A friend suggested hiring a "day of planner" and it was the best decision I could have made. Brandi was easy to work with, organized, and stayed in contact throughout the process. Any blips that happened the day of the wedding, I knew nothing about until it was all over. Most importantly, having her there allowed me to actually enjoy the day and not be stressed about the details.

We hired Brandi for "day of wedding" help, but she provided much more than that. She met with us multiple times over our planning year, giving information and guidance from the first call to a florist through the last dance at the reception. My daughter and fiancé especially appreciated the way she helped them make decisions by sharing her planning experience (which is huge) without pressuring them. They were able to create the kind of day that they had imagined. Brandi was also incredibly responsive. Email questions were always answered within 24 hours. Her calm, friendly and unobtrusive behind-the-scenes management on the actual wedding day was a BIG reason everything went flawlessly. Thank you, Brandi!

Brandi was incredibly helpful in keeping us on track throughout the process, in answering all my questions in a very timely manner, and especially in making our entire wedding weekend run smoothly. As the bride, I didn't have to worry about any last minute details or make sure things were on schedule. Brandi and her assistant kept our whole night on track, and were reassuring to me throughout the day. Brandi is incredibly organized and a no-nonsense planner- and that's just what we needed to pull off such a big, important weekend!

Brandi Hamerstone with All Events Planned, was our wedding planner for my daughter's wedding, which occurred on October 4, 2014. Brandy was highly recommended to me by a good friend who had her daughter's wedding and year ago.since my friend has quite good judgment and high standards, I did not interview any other planners.brandi was extremely helpful and responsive when I first called her, after my daughter became engaged late last fall. She was able to recommend to me florist, photographers, and an agency to find a good band and ceremony musician.she became quite involved very early on, and helped us begin to think about the details of our wedding day and the process in general. Brandi remained on task and always return my phone calls or emails promptly. I also hired Brandi to help me organize a welcome party at my home following the rehearsal dinner and a brunch the Sunday following the wedding, also at my home. So she basically helped with the entire wedding weekend, and did a fantastic job. There are so many details to consider, just with a wedding day, but Brandi enabled me to basically host three separate events. And everyone involved all feel she was terrific during the wedding day, ceremony reception etc. I highly recommend Brandi as an extremely competent, friendly, knowledgeable wedding planner in Northeast Ohio.

I was planning out of state and stumbled on Brandi by accident while email people for venues. I pretty much decided she was my coordinator without even knowing I needed a coordinator, and I am so glad I did. She helped narrow down the picking process with vendors, gave me honest feedback about vendors and what to expect. I knew exactly what I was getting, so no surprises the day of, and knew I wasn't getting ripped off. She was professional, punctual, organized and down to business (and a ton of fun). She knew when to put the hammer down and knew when to let the creative juices just flow. My entire day went PERFECTLY (and I mean perfectly!) all thanks to Brandi! I have NOT ONE regret or complaint with my wedding day. She made sure everything was everywhere at the right time. I could relax, breathe and fully enjoy my day without any worry. I chose Brandi to help me with day of coordinating for my wedding day, although she helped me through the entire planning process. I was able to send her an email with any questions or advice I needed with planning. We had so much fun at our meetings with her and the big day was the best day ever! Absolutely everything went exactly the way I hoped, Brandi kept everything running smoothly and on time!

Brandi is an extremely talented wedding planner. I was for the most part a DIY bride but I needed help dotting my I's and crossing my T's along with my day of timeline. Brandi's expertise and attention to detail made my event run flawlessly. All of her suggestions, tips and tricks, and best practices were all little details that would have never crossed my mind. Brandie and her assistant made the day run extremely well. If something went wrong I don't know about it. The flow was great and she kept everything on schedule and organized. It was the best day and I was soooo glad I didn't have to worry about anything on my wedding day. You know that feeling when you realize that you've bitten off more than you can chew?? Endlessly overwhelmed and stressed out?? As most brides, that was me three weeks before my June 14th wedding. It was a very last minute decision for me to hire a day-of coordinator and it was the best choice I made throughout the whole process. Brandi with All Events Planned eased my mind during the most hectic few weeks of my life. It was SO wonderful feeling like I recruited a teammate that was exclusively looking out for MY best interest and what we wanted our wedding to be. Choosing Brandi from All Events Planned as my day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions I made in the wedding planning process. Brandi came in to the planning with only 3 weeks to go before the big day. I had selected all of the vendors and did all of the planning on my own, but decided that I wanted someone to oversee the day and take care of last minute details for me. After meeting Brandi, I was beyond impressed with her organization, professionalism, and warm personality and knew she was the perfect fit to help me on my wedding day. With her assistance, I was able to enjoy my day from start to finish without worrying about anything... She handled all questions from vendors, made sure the bridal party was where they needed to be at all times, and even picked up the lunch I had ordered for everyone. Brandi is a true gem and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Brandi helped me maneuver through difficult situations with our caterer and reception location ect. Knowing I could count on her and her team on the day of gave me the peace of mind that I needed. Honestly, my wedding looked just like I had imagined it and I owe a large part of that to All Events Planned. Brandi suggested vendors (best wedding cake ever!) who made my vision a reality. I have great things to say about the service I received. Very accomodating to meetings dates/times/locaitons. Willing to be very involved - or take a back seat. Created a great environment to present all the choices, review the pro's and con's and give guidance to make the best decisions. The hours alloted for "day of coordination" went above and beyond what was in our 'contract' at absolutely no additional cost. They made sure every detail was exactly as we had planned. Incredible value for the quality of service and hours of work we recieved. I highly recommend All Events Planned for your big day!!
